Dr. Thaer Rasheed Hassan taught at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Diyala in the International Course in Management and Management of Sports Festivals held by the Sports and Youth Foundation in Turkey / Istanbul for the directors of the student activities departments at the Iraqi government universities and the private colleges. The Central Committee supervising scouting activities at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Iraq.
