A teacher from the College of Physical Education and Sports Science chairs a master thesis discussion committee

 Prof. Suha Abbas Abboud teaching at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences University of Diyala chaired a master degree titled (following special exercises according to the six hats strategy for developing creative thinking and learning some basic basketball skills for students) by student Zuhair Muhammad Nehme .

 The study which was held in the College of Basic Education aimed to know the effect of skill exercises according to the six hats strategy in developing creative thinking and learning some basic skills in basketball and to identify the effect of using the six hats strategy in developing creative thinking among first year students in the College of Physical Education and Science  Sports in addition to identifying the effect of using the six hats strategy on learning some basic skills in basketball among first year students in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences .
 The study came out with a number of results most notably. The Six Hats strategy has a positive impact on learning some basic basketball skills for first year students in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences and the use of exercises prepared according to the Six Hats strategy by the researcher which is characterized by the nature of suspense and competition that was used in  The educational curriculum of the exercises in the main department directly and significantly affected the performance of the students which led to the improvement and development of basic skills in basketball and the results produced by the tests proved the effectiveness of the exercises used in the research in acquiring the correct performance of the skills.  The skills under research in addition to the way to organize the exercises used according to the six hats and how they are styled from easy to difficult leaving an impact on students learning and making the student exposed to more than one stimulus when performing basic basketball skills and that the six hats strategy exercises have a great impact on the development of thinking  Creative for first year students .
